He serves a pivotal role behind Eliza Jayne’s Monkey Mick — an animated mindfulness platform for kids and the elderly. Blending storytelling, movement and breathwork to inspire well-being from the ground up.

A versatile performer and content creator with a diverse skill set spanning professional acting, post-production, holistic-health education and Budokon mixed-movement arts.

Mick’s on a soul mission to bridge the gap between playful learning and comprehensive wellness education, while becoming a transformational actor that changes the world.


From Netflix’s Sexy Beasts, to immersive independent dramas or meta-comedies about filmmaking and friendship, Mick continues to diversify his unique expression as the transformational storyteller he claims is his own “soul blueprint” — for the whole world to experience.

As 2025 comes to a close, his directorial debut in “Guru-Killer: Archives” — revolves around his passion for Budokon Mixed-Movement Arts, as athletes from around the world share four weeks together learning “The Way of The Warrior Spirit”.
